The Nokia 3.1 was announced back in May and it's now gradually being rolled out across the globe. Today it's India's turn to open pre-orders and HMD Global is offering some incentives to boost the phone's early sales and make it more competitive. The available colors are Blue/Copper, Black/Chrome and White/Iron with a starting price of INR 10,499 ($152). Actual units will be available for purchase through offline stores or Nokia's official and Paytm online stores from July 21.
